TradeLink started from a simple frustration.

Getting an apprenticeship shouldn’t feel like chasing something that doesn’t want to be found.

People spend weeks messaging companies, calling around, and hearing nothing back. At the same time, local businesses are often short on staff and would take someone on if the right person came along.

The problem isn’t a lack of opportunities. It’s the lack of connection.

TradeLink was built to close that gap.

Instead of guessing who’s hiring or waiting for replies that never come, apprentices can put themselves forward once and be connected with real companies who are actually open to taking someone on.

At the same time, companies get access to motivated, ready-to-start apprentices without the hassle of ads, CV piles, or endless back-and-forth.
